   PICNIC INFORMATION & WAYS YOU CAN HELP
·    July 9, Thursday, 8:00 am, Gym - Noodle Making - Bring a rolling pin
·    July 9, Thursday, 6:00 pm, Church Grounds- Gym/Picnic Grounds Set-Up
·    July 10, Friday, 1:00 pm – Gym, Finalize Dining Room Set-Up
·    July 10, Friday, 6:00 pm in Gym - Bread Cutting - Bring a knife and a non-wooden cutting board
·    July 11, Saturday, 6:00 am, Gym - Food Prep - Dressing, sauerbraten, breakfast
·    July 11, Saturday, 3:30 pm PICNIC! (see workers list)
·    July 12, Sunday, 8:00 am - Cleanup - Clean gym and kitchen, break down stands, clean up grounds
DONATIONS:
·    1 -2 CAKES per family for the supper (please indicate if it contains nuts)
·    Country Store: Home-made wine, pecans/nuts, home-grown vegetables and fruits, baked goods (cookies, bread, etc.), new craft items only Please list suggested sell price and if baked item has nuts.
·    Raffle tickets are available for pickup and will be available in the back of church on weekends and in the entryway of rectory during the week.
·    Donate or Lend: High chairs, booster seats, or fans to be used in kitchen area.
. QUILT RAFFLE TICKETS are available in the back of church.  Please pick up and return via collection basket or drop box at the rectory.
-The quilt committee is still needing quilt donations for the picnic. If anyone still needs to donate, they can text or call Donna Fuehne at 618-604-3275 or Shannon Sanders at 618-520-2386.

-ST. DAMIAN QUILT RAFFLE TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE BACK OF CHURCH.  PLEASE PICK UP AND RETURN VIA COLLECTION BASKET OR DROP BOX AT THE RECTORY.  

-St. Damian Picnic Raffle Tickets are now available during the week in the entryway of the rectory and then on Sunday at the Mass.  Please pick up your tickets as soon as possible.  There will be additional tickets available in the rectory entryway at all times.  Thanks in advance for selling your tickets in support of St. Damian Church Picnic.

FAITH FORMATION 2026-27 REGISTRATION.
Commitment forms have been sent via email.  Please be sure to return these via the collection basket.  IF you did not receive one, please contact Angie or Deacon Glenn and they will get it to you. They are also available on our parish website. Thanks so much!  We do registration this time of year so we can get a number for books necessary for next year.
